About 9 grams (1 tablespoon) of rhizomes and roots are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, left raw materials squeeze out. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion is taken orally, 30 minutes after a meal: adults - 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day; children over 12 years - 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day, children from 7 to 12 years - 1 dessert spoon 2-3 times a day, children from 3 to 6 years - 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day day, children from 1 year to 3 years - 1/2 teaspoonful 2 times a day.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
