About 9 grams (1 tablespoon) of rhizomes with valerian roots are placed in enameled pots, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, squeeze out. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion appoint inside, 30 minutes after eating: adults - 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day; children from 6 to 12 years - 1 dessert spoon 2-3 times a day; children from 3 to 6 years - 1 teaspoonful 2-3 times a day; children from 1 to 3 years - 1/2 teaspoonful 2 times a day.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
