    Composition:

    For preparation of tincture it is necessary:

    Nails of flowers - 100 g

    Ethyl alcohol (ethanol) 70% - a sufficient amount for obtaining 1 liter of tincture.
    Description:Transparent liquid of a yellowish-brown color with a specific smell.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Tincture of calendula has antiseptic, choleretic, antispasmodic and local anti-inflammatory effect.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Apply externally as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agent for cuts, bruises, eczema; for gargling with inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, pharyngolaryngitis) and oral mucosa (stomatitis).

    Tincture is taken orally with cholecystitis, cholangitis.

    Indications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

    When administered orally - with acute gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum during an exacerbation, calculous cholecystitis, pregnancy, lactation and children under 18 years.

    Carefully:

    Liver disease, alcoholism, trauma or brain disease.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Sites with superficial lesions of the skin (cuts) are treated with tincture using a tampon. With bruises and eczema, apply an aqueous solution of tincture (1 teaspoon per glass of water) in the form of lotions. To rinse the throat and mucous membrane of the oral cavity, use a 1 / 2-1 glass of an aqueous solution of the tincture. Inside take 10-20 drops before meals 3 times a day.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible. When ingestion - heartburn, nausea, bitterness in the mouth, increased pain in the abdomen.
