    Pharmacodynamics:

    Marigold flowers contain carotenoids, flavonoids, tannins, triterpene compounds and other biologically active substances.

    Infusion of marigold flowers has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and choleretic effect.

    Indications:

    Local infusion of marigold flowers is used for rinsing with inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, stomatitis, periodontitis) as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent. Inside is used in adults as a cholagogue.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, with oral administration - children's age (up to 12 years), acute gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenal ulcer during the exacerbation, calculous cholecystitis.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the inside is possible after agreement with the attending physician.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 g (5 tablespoons) of marigold flowers are placed in enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    For rinses of an oral cavity and pharynx use in a warm kind 1/2 - 1 glass of infusion 3-5 times a day.

    Inside take 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day before meals.
