4 g of powder (1 filter bag) is placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form: adults and children over 12 years - 1/2 cup 2 times a day after meals, children from 6 to 12 years - ¼ cup 2 times a day; from 3 to 5 years - 2 tablespoons 2 times a day; from 1 year to 2 years - 1 tablespoon 2 times a day; children from 6 months to 1 year - 1-2 teaspoons a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
