A mixture of particles of hippocampus, nuts and occasionally parts of sepals and pedicels.The color of the hippocampus is from orange-red to brown; nuts - from light yellow to orange-yellow, sometimes brownish; sepals and stems from gray-green to brownish-green and brown. The smell is absent. The taste of water extract is sour-sweet, slightly astringent.

Pharmacodynamics:

Infusion of dog rose fruit helps to increase nonspecific resistance of the body, increase tissue regeneration and synthesis of hormones, reduce vascular permeability, normalize carbohydrate metabolism.

Indications:

For the prevention of hypovitaminosis C and P. In the complex therapy of acute and chronic infectious diseases, asthenic conditions, during recovery from severe diseases, surgical operations.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, cholelithiasis.

Dosing and Administration:

2 filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them.The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Is taken orally in a warm form after a meal: adults and children over 12 years - 1/2 cup 2 times a day, children from 6 to 12 years - 1/4 cup 2 times a day; from 3 to 5 years - 2 tablespoons 2 times a day; from 1 year to 2 years - 1 tablespoon 2 times a day; children from 6 months to 1 year - 1-2 teaspoons a day.
