About 5 grams (1 tablespoon) of fruit are placed in enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Then it is cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally in a warm form 2 times a day after a meal: adults and children over 12 years old - 1/2 cup; children from 6 to 12 years - 1/4 cup, 3 to 5 years - 2 tablespoons, 1 to 2 years - 1 tablespoon, 6 months to 1 year - 1-2 teaspoons. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
