    Description:

    Powder. A mixture of particles passing through a 2 mm sieve.Color from orange-red to brown with light-yellow and dark-brown impregnations.

    The smell is absent. The taste of water extract is sour-sweet, slightly astringent.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Pharmacological activity of preparations from rose hips is determined mainly by the presence of a complex of vitamins (vitamins of group B, vitamin E, vitamin P, carotene) and, first of all, ascorbic acid. Drugs of hips raise the nonspecific resistance of the body, increase tissue regeneration and synthesis of hormones, reduce vascular permeability, normalize carbohydrate metabolism.

    Indications:

    For the prevention of hypovitaminosis C and P. In the complex therapy of acute and chronic infectious diseases, asthenic conditions, during recovery from severe diseases, surgical operations.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, cholelithiasis.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Powder. 2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15-20 minutes.The contents of the filter bags are squeezed, the volume of the extracted is brought to boiling water to 200 ml.

    Apply inside 1/4 - 1/2 cup 2 times a day after meals, children - 2-3 tablespoons 2 times a day after meals.

    It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
