    Pharmacodynamics:Vitamin B1 (thiamine) refers to water-soluble vitamins. In the human body, as a result of phosphorylation processes, it turns into cocarboxylase, which is a coenzyme of many enzymatic reactions.It plays an important role in the carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, in the processes of conduction of nervous excitation in the synapses.
    Indications:
    Hypovitaminosis and vitamin B1. In complex therapy: neuritis, radiculitis; neuralgia; peripheral paresis; paralysis; atony of the intestine; myocardial dystrophy; violations of the coronary circulation; thyrotoxicosis; disorders of absorption in the intestines, endarteritis, psoriasis, eczema, intoxication.

    Contraindications:
    Increased individual sensitivity.

    Dosing and Administration:
    The drug is used as directed by a doctor.
    A solution of thiamine 5% is administered intramuscularly. Begin the administration of the drug is recommended with small doses (no more than 0.5 ml of a 5% solution) and only with good tolerance go to higher doses.
    Intramuscularly adult 0.05 g thiamine (1ml 5% solution) once a day every day. The course of treatment is 10-30 injections.

    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions are possible (skin itch, urticaria, Quincke edema, anaphylactic shock), sweating, tachycardia, sometimes soreness at the injection site (due to low pH solutions).

    Interaction:
    It is not recommended simultaneous parenteral administration of thiamine and pyridoxine (vitamin B 6) or cyanocobalamin(vitamin B12). B12 increases the allergic effect of thiamine. In 6, it makes it difficult to convert thiamine into a biologically active form. Do not mix vitamin B1 and penicillin in one syringe or streptomycin (destruction of antibiotics), vitamin B1 and nicotinic acid (destruction of vitamin B1).
    Thiamine reduces the pharmacological activity of suxamethonium iodide, redergam, phentolamine, anaprilin, sympatholytics (reserpine, octadine), hypnotics (hypnotics and hypotensive effects decrease).
    Thiamine solution should not be mixed with solutions containing sulfites, t. in them it completely disintegrates.

    Solution for intramuscular injection.

    Ampoules of 1ml. 10 ampoules per pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:
    Keep in a place protected from light. At a temperature not exceeding 25 deg.
    Keep out of the reach of children.
    Shelf life:
