It is not recommended simultaneous parenteral administration of thiamine and pyridoxine (vitamin B 6) or cyanocobalamin(vitamin B12). B12 increases the allergic effect of thiamine. In 6, it makes it difficult to convert thiamine into a biologically active form. Do not mix vitamin B1 and penicillin in one syringe or
streptomycin (destruction of antibiotics), vitamin B1 and nicotinic acid (destruction of vitamin B1).
Thiamine reduces the pharmacological activity of suxamethonium iodide, redergam, phentolamine, anaprilin, sympatholytics (
reserpine, octadine), hypnotics (hypnotics and hypotensive effects decrease).
Thiamine solution should not be mixed with solutions containing sulfites, t. in them it completely disintegrates.
