    Excipients:
    Sugar (refined sugar), starch syrup, wheat flour, magnesium hydrosilicate (talc), mint oil (mint ethereal rectified oil), beeswax, sunflower oil (refined deodorized sunflower oil).

    Pharmacodynamics:Vitamin A refers to fat-soluble vitamins. It participates in the synthesis of proteins, lipids, maintains normal skin and epithelium of mucous membranes, promotes normal adaptation of a person to darkness. Participates in the mineral metabolism, the process of cholesterol formation.

    Indications:Hypovitaminosis, avitaminosis A. In complex therapy:
    Infectious-inflammatory diseases (measles, dysentery, influenza, tracheitis, bronchitis, etc.)
    (frostbite, burns, wounds, erosion, ulcers, cracks, ichthyosis, hyperkeratosis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, some forms of eczema, skin tuberculosis),
    - eye diseases (pigment retinitis, hemostalopia, xerophthalmia, keratomalacia, eczematous lesions of the eyelids),
    -gastrointestinal diseases (erosive gastroduodenitis, peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum),
    - Cirrhosis of the liver.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug components, hypervitaminosis A, cholelithiasis, chronic pancreatitis, acute inflammatory skin diseases, children's age.

    Carefully:Nephritis, chronic heart failure of II-III degree, pregnancy, alcoholism, liver cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, renal failure, elderly age, children's age.

    Dosing and Administration:The drug should be used under medical supervision. I take the drug inside after eating early in the morning and late at night.
    Therapeutic doses for adults with avitaminosis of mild and moderate severity are up to 33000 IU / day.
    In case of eye diseases, adults are assigned 50000-100000 IU per day and simultaneously 0.02 grams of riboflavin.
    When skin diseases are prescribed for adults per day for 50000-100000 ME retinol palmitate.
    The daily intake for adults should not exceed 100,000 ME.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Prolonged daily intake of vitamin A (100,000 ME - by children, 200,000 ME - adults) can cause intoxication, hypervitaminosis A.Symptoms of hypervitaminosis A in adults -Head pain, drowsiness, lethargy, facial flushing, nausea, vomiting, pain in the bones of the lower limbs, impaired gait.
    If these symptoms appear, stop taking the medication immediately.

    Overdose:Symptoms of acute overdose (developed by 6 hours after administration): Hypervitaminosis A: adults - drowsiness, lethargy, double vision, dizziness, severe headache, nausea, diarrhea, irritability, osteoporosis, bleeding gums, dryness and ulceration of the oral mucosa , peeling of the lips, skin (especially the palms), confusion.
    Symptoms of chronic intoxication: loss of appetite, pain in the bones, crack and dry skin, lips, dryness of the oral mucosa, gastralgia, vomiting, pyrexia, asthenia, excessive fatigue, discomfort, headache, photosensitivity, pollakiuria, nocturia, polyuria, irritability, loss of hair, yellow-orange spots on the soles, palms, in the nasolabial triangle, hepatotoxic effects, ocular hypertension, oligomenorrhea, portal hypertension, hemolytic anemia,changes in the radiographs of bones, convulsions.
    Treatment: withdrawal of the drug, symptomatic therapy.

    Interaction:Weaken the effect of calcium preparations, increases the risk of hypercalcemia. Colestramine, colestipol, mineral oils, neomycin reduce absorption of vitamin A (you may need to increase its dose).
    Oral contraceptives increase the concentration of vitamin A in the plasma.
    Isotretinoin increases the risk of toxic effects.
    Simultaneous use of tetracycline and vitamin A in high doses (50,000 / ED or higher) increases the risk of intracranial hypertension.
    Vitamin E reduces toxicity, absorption, deposition in the liver and the use of vitamin A; high doses of vitamin E can reduce the supply of vitamin A in the body. Salicylates and glucocorticosteroids reduce the risk of side effects.


    Special instructions:Do not take other multivitamin complexes simultaneously containing vitamin A in order to avoid overdose.

    Packaging:For 10 dragees in a contour mesh package, 100 pellets per can of polymer.
    Each jar of polymer material or 5 contour mesh packages together with the instruction for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.
