About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of St. John's wort, put in enameled pots, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw materials squeeze out. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/3 cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before eating. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
For rinses, apply 1/2 cup infusion 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 5-10 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
