    Composition:100 g of ointment contains: 5.0 g of ibuprofen (active substance) and auxiliary substances: dimime, macrogol 1500 (polyethylene oxide 1500 or polyethylene glycol 1500), macrogol 400 (polyethylene oxide 400 or polyethylene glycol 400).
    Description:Homogeneous ointment of white or yellowish-white color with a weak odor.

    M.01.A.E.01   Ibuprofen

    Pharmacodynamics:Active component - ibuprofen - has pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. By indiscriminately inhibiting cyclooxygenase 1 and 2 types, it disrupts the metabolism of arachid acid and the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are the main link in the development of inflammation (mediators of pain and inflammation), weakens the pain syndrome, incl. arthralgia at rest and during movement; reduces the morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, contributes to an increase in the volume of movements.
    Indications:

    - Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: arthritis (rheumatoid, psoriatic, gout), scapulohumeral periarthritis, anki- loziruyuschy spondylitis (Bechterew's disease), osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis with radicular syndrome, sciatica, tendonitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, lumbago, sciatica;

    - muscular pain (myalgia) of non-rheumatic origin;

    - traumatic injuries of soft tissues without disrupting the integrity of the skin (dislocation,stretching of muscles and ligaments, bruising, postgravmatic edema of soft tissues, etc.).

    Contraindications:

    - Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, including ibuprofen, as well as to acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs;

    - A bronchial asthma, a urticaria, an allergic rhinitis, especially provoked reception of NSAIDs;

    - violation of the integrity of the skin (wet dermatoses, eczema, infected abrasions and wounds);

    - pregnancy, III trimester;

    - children under 12 years.

    Carefully:

    - Erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT);

    - severe violations of the liver and kidneys;

    - pregnancy, I and II trimester, lactation period.

    Pregnancy and lactation:With care, III trimester is prohibited.
    Dosing and Administration:

    For external use only!

    Adults and children over 12 years: Apply a strip of ointment 5-10 cm long to the area of ​​the lesion and carefully rub it with light movements until completely absorbed 3-4 times a day for 2-3 weeks.

    The drug should be reused after 4 hours and no more than four times within 24 hours. If symptoms persist or worsen, or there is no improvement after 2 weeks of use, stop treatment and consult a doctor.

    Side effects:A slight reddening of the skin, a sensation of burning or tingling at the site of application. With prolonged use, it is possible to develop systemic side effects of NSAIDs.
    Overdose:

    Not described.

    In the event that the drug was accidentally ingested, rinse your mouth and consult a doctor. If swallowed, the drug may cause gastrointestinal upset.

    Special instructions:

    Do not apply ointment on the areas around the eyes and lips, avoid getting the ointment in the eyes and on the lips.

    After applying the preparation, wash your hands thoroughly!

    To 25 g in cans of orange glass with a polyethylene lid or 25 grams in an aluminum tube.
