Excipients: benzalkonium chloride - 0.15 mg, potassium dihydrogen phosphate - 3.63 mg, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate - 7,13 mg, purified water - up to 1 ml.

Pharmacodynamics:

Moisturizes the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, dilutes thick mucus, softens dry crusts in the nose and facilitates their easy removal.Restores the patency of the nasal passages, facilitates nasal breathing due to moistening of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and liquefaction of mucus.

The pH of the drug solution is close to the pH of the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa.

Indications:Hygienic care for the mucosa of the nasal cavity of adults and children, cleansing the nasal cavity from viscous mucus and crusts Dry mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, incl. arising when staying in dusty rooms, rooms with air conditioners, when working with paint and varnish materials. Sinusitis, rhinitis of various etiologies (in complex treatment), after surgical intervention on the nasal cavity.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 2 years old for a spray of 0.9%.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Possible use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Dosing and Administration:

Intranasally.

With hygienic care and in complex treatment:

adults and children over 2 years old: 0,65% or 0,9% nasal spray - 2 injections in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day, if necessary more often; children under 2 years: 0.65% nasal spray - 1 injection every nasal 3-4 times a day.

2-3 minutes after the injections, the nose should be cleaned with a handkerchief or cotton swab.

The course of prevention and treatment is 2-4 weeks (at the discretion of the attending physician).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are not described.

Interaction:The drug does not have systemic effects on the body. Interaction with other drugs has not been identified. Possible use with other drugs in combination therapy.

Special instructions:

It is not recommended to use one bottle by different people because of the danger of cross-infection.

When the drug is used in complex treatment, other drugs are administered intranasally after cleansing the nasal cavity (10-15 minutes after injections).

Form release / dosage:

Spray nasal 0.65 % and 0.9%.

Packaging:

To 20 ml in neutral glass bottles, sealed with a crimping microsprayer with a spray nozzle and a protective cap. Each bottle is placed in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:
