Pharmacodynamics:

Moisturizes the mucous membrane of the nose, dilutes the thick mucus, softens the crusts in the nose and facilitates their easy removal.

Has a substitution effect in cases of nasal secretion.

It alleviates nasal breathing due to moistening of the mucous membrane and liquefaction of mucus.

Pharmacokinetics:

Absorption at local application is low.

Indications:

Hygienic care for the nasal mucosa of adults and children (including infants - spray 0.65% without menthol), a soft and quick cleansing of the nasal cavity from viscous mucus and crusts.

Dryness of the nasal mucosa, incl. arising when working in dusty rooms or working with paint and varnish materials, while staying in rooms with air conditioners for a long time.

Sinusitis, rhinitis of various etiologies (in complex treatment), after surgical intervention on the nasal cavity.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Children under 3 years old for a spray of 0.9% and for a spray with menthol 0.65% or 0.9%.

Dosing and Administration:

Intranasally (in each nasal passage) with the vertical position of the vial.

Adults and children from 3 years and older prescribe 2 injections of 0.65% or 0.9% solution 3-4 times a day, if necessary - more often.

Children under 3 years (including infants) 0.65% solution without menthol for 1 injection 3-4 times a day.

2-3 minutes after the injection, release the nasal cavity. In infants and children of the first year of life, softened crusts are removed with a soft cotton flagellum; in children older than 1 year - in the same way or with the help of a handkerchief.
