  • Included in the list (Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2782-r of 30.12.2014):

    VED

    АТХ:

    B.05.C   Irrigation solutions

    V.06.D   Other medications for nutrition

    V.04.C   Other diagnostic preparations

    Pharmacodynamics:

The drug is an isotonic solution of dextrose, which in the body is converted to glucose-6-phosphate. Participates in various metabolic processes in the body, enhances oxidation-reduction processes in the body, improves the antitoxic function of the liver. Isotonic solution helps to increase the osmotic pressure of blood and urine, has a volemic, detoxification effect.

    Pharmacokinetics:

Quickly absorbed, metabolized in the liver completely, not eliminated (appearance in the urine is a pathological sign).

    Indications:

Insufficiency of carbohydrate nutrition, hypoglycemia, hemorrhagic vasculitis, toxic infection, intoxication, dehydration, replenishment of circulating blood volume, shock, collapse, preparation of solutions for intravenous administration (andUsed as a component of various blood substitute and anti-shock liquids).

    I.A30-A49.A48.3   Toxic shock syndrome

    III.D65-D69.D68.9   Disorder of coagulation, unspecified

    IV.E15-E16.E16.2   Hypoglycemia, unspecified

IV.E70-E90.E86   Reduction of the volume of the liquid

IV.E70-E90.E87.8   Other violations of water-salt balance, not elsewhere classified

    IX.I95-I99.I95.1   Orthostatic hypotension

XI.K70-K77.K73   Chronic hepatitis, not elsewhere classified

    XVIII.R50-R69.R57   Shock, not elsewhere classified

    XVIII.R50-R69.R57.0   Cardiogenic shock

    XVIII.R50-R69.R57.1   Hypovolemic shock

    XVIII.R50-R69.R57.8   Other types of shock

    XVIII.R50-R69.R58   Bleeding, not elsewhere classified

XIX.T36-T50.T40   Poisoning and Drug psychodysleptics [hallucinogens]

XIX.T51-T65.T57.0   Toxic effect of arsenic and its compounds

    XIX.T79.T79.4   Traumatic shock

XIX.T80-T88.T81.1   Shock during or after the procedure, not elsewhere classified

    Contraindications:

Hyperglycemia, hypersensitivity, hyperhydration, hyperlactacidemia, circulatory disorders, postoperative glucose utilization disorders, threatening the development of cerebral edema and pulmonary edema, pulmonary edema, cerebral edema, hyperosmolar coma, acute left ventricular failure, anuria, white fever, intracranial / spinal hemorrhage, methanol poisoning .

    Carefully:

Ischemic stroke, decompensated cardiac and / or renal insufficiency, diabetes mellitus, hyponatremia.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

Category Food and Drug Administration (US Food and Drug Administration) - C. A drug can be used on indications during pregnancy and lactation. When breastfeeding there are no reports of complications.

    Dosing and Administration:

Intravenously drip, 5% solution: up to 150 drops per minute, maximum daily intake for adults - 2 liters; 10% solution: up to 60 drops per minute, the maximum daily intake for adults - 500 ml; 20% solution: up to 40 drops per minute, maximum daily intake for adults - 300 ml; 40% solution: up to 30 drops per minute, maximum daily intake for adults - 250 ml.

Intravenously struino - 10-50 ml of 10% solution.

    Side effects:

Local reactions: development of infection, irritation, thrombophlebitis.

From the side of metabolism: hyperglycemia, ionic imbalance.

From the cardiovascular system: acute left ventricular failure, hypervolemia.

    Other: fever.

    Overdose:

Glucosuria, hyperhydration, disturbance of water-electrolyte balance, hyperglycaemic, hyperosmolar coma, fatty liver infiltration. Treatment - withdrawal of the drug, short-acting insulin, symptomatic therapy.

    Interaction:

Do not mix with other drugs in the same bottle (inPossible pharmaceutical incompatibility in combination with other drugs).

Aminophylline in the form of a solution for intravenous administration is incompatible with dextrose solution.

Baclofen reacts chemically with dextrose, so baclofen in the form of a solution for intrathecal administration should not be mixed with solutions containing dextrose.

Bevacizumab, belimumab in the form of a solution incompatible with the solution of dextrose.

Combination benfotiamine + pyridoxine is incompatible with dextrose.

During the period of application of the combination mushroom birch extract + cobalt chloride contraindicated intravenous the introduction of dextrose (because of possible antagonism).

A 5% dextrose solution can not be used to dilute an interferon-alpha solution for injection.

When mixing cladribine with a 5% solution of dextrose - increasing the degradation of cladribine.

Excretion of lantozide C decreases, and its toxicity increases with prolonged combined use with dextrose.

Melphalan in the form of a solution for intravascular administration is pharmaceutically incompatible with infusionsolutions containing dextrose.

Combination pyridoxine + thiamine + cyanocobalamin + [lidocaine] is incompatible with dextrose.

Tenteplase in the form of lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for intravenous The administration is pharmaceutically incompatible with dextrose solutions.

Thioctic acid (in the form of a solution for infusions) is incompatible with the solution of dextrose.

Trastuzumab can not be diluted in a 5% solution of dextrose (because of the possibility of protein aggregation).

The hypnotic effect of phenobarbital decreases with simultaneous application with dextrose.

Solution for intravenous the administration of erybulin should not be diluted in a 5% solution of dextrose for infusion.

    Special instructions:

Dextrose is better absorbed on the background of insulin.

To increase osmolarity, 5% glucose solution can be combined with a solution sodium chloride.
