active substance: diclofenac sodium in terms of 100% substance - 1 g; auxiliary substances: dimethylsulfoxide (dimime), macrogol (polyethylene oxide 1500), macrogol (polyethylene oxide 400), propylene glycol, succinic acid.

Description:Ointment from white to white with a gray or yellowish hue of color with a weak specific odor. Presence of mother-of-pearl divorce is allowed.

Pharmacodynamics:

Active component diclofenac - Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which has pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Indiscriminately inhibiting cyclooxygenase type 1 and 2, disrupts the metabolism of arachidonic acid and the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are the main link in the development of inflammation.

Diclofenac-Acry® is used to eliminate the pain syndrome and reduce the swelling associated with the inflammatory process.When topical application causes weakening or disappearance of pain in joints at rest and during movement. Reduces the morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, contributes to an increase in the volume of movements.

Pharmacokinetics:At application system absorption is no more than 6%. When applied to the area of the affected joint, the concentration in the synovial fluid is higher than in the plasma.

Indications:

- Post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissues and joints, for example, as a result of stretching, overstrain and bruises.

- Rheumatic diseases of soft tissues (tendovaginitis, bursitis, lesion of periarticular tissues).

- Pain and swelling associated with diseases of the muscles and joints (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, radiculitis, lumbago, sciatica, muscular pain of rheumatic and rheumatic origin).

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other ingredients, to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs anamnestic data fit bronchial, rhinitis; urticaria after ingestion of aspirin or other NSAIDs, pregnancy (III trimester), lactation, infancy (up to 6 years), violation of the integrity of skin.

Dosing and Administration:

Outwardly. For adults and children over 12 years old the drug is applied a thin layer over the inflammation focus 3-4 times a day and lightly rubbed. The required amount of the drug depends on the size of the painful area. A single dose of the drug is 2-4 g (by volume comparable to the size of a large cherry). Children from 6 to 12 years of age should not be used more than 2 times a day, a single dose of the drug up to 2 g.

After applying the product, the hands should be washed.

The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the effect observed. After 2 weeks of use, consult a physician.

Side effects:Local reactions: eczema, photosensitivity, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling of the treated area of the skin, papules, vesicles, peeling).

Systemic reactions: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (hives, angioedema, bronchospastic reactions).

Overdose:Extremely low systemic absorption of active components of the drug with external application makes an overdose almost impossible.

Interaction:The drug may enhance the effect of drugs that cause photosensitivity. Clinically significant interaction with other drugs has not been described.

Special instructions:

Ointment should be applied only to intact skin, avoiding getting on open wounds. After applying, do not apply an occlusive dressing. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes and mucous membranes.

When using the drug together with other dosage forms of diclofenac, the maximum daily dose should be taken into account.

When applied to large areas of the skin for a long time, the risk of systemic side effects, characteristic of NSAIDs, increases.

Form release / dosage:

Ointment for external use 1%.

Packaging:30 grams per aluminum tube. Each tube together with the instruction for use is placed in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:At a temperature not higher than 15 ° С. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:

4 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
