Dorosan - instructions for use, doses, side effects, contraindications

Pharmacodynamics:Active component diclofenac - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which has pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Indiscriminately inhibiting cyclooxygenase type 1 and 2, disrupts the metabolism of arachidonic acid and the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are the main link in the development of inflammation. Dorosan is used to eliminate the pain syndrome and reduce the swelling associated with the inflammatory process.

Indications:

- Post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissues and joints, for example, due to stretching, overstrain and bruises.

- Rheumatic diseases of soft tissues (tendovaginitis, bursitis, lesion of periarticular tissues);

- Pain syndrome and puffiness associated with diseases of the muscles and joints (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, radiculitis, lumbago, sciatica).

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other ingredients, acetylsalicylic acid or other NLVP, full or partial combination of asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NLVP (including history), pregnancy (III trimester ), lactation period, children's age (up to 12 years), violation of the integrity of the skin.

Carefully:hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, severe liver and kidney disease, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, advanced age, pregnancy I and II trimester.

Pregnancy and lactation:The drug should not be used in the III trimester of pregnancy. Use in I and II trimesters is possible only after consultation with a doctor.

Dosing and Administration:Remove the protective cover from the container, apply foam to the painful area by pressing a special button, close the container with a lid. In accordance with the size of the affected area, the foam is applied 3-4 times a day to the painful areas, pressing the special button for 1 -2 seconds, and lightly massaging help to absorb the drug. The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the effect observed. After 2 weeks of use, consult a physician.

Side effects:

Local reactions: eczema, photosensitivity, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling of the treated area of the skin, papules, vesicles, peeling).

Systemic reactions: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (urticaria, angioedema, bronchospastic reactions), photosensitization.

Overdose:Extremely low systemic absorption of active components of the drug with external application makes an overdose almost impossible.

Interaction:Dorosan can enhance the effect of drugs that cause photosensitivity. Clinically significant interaction with other drugs has not been described.

Special instructions:

Dorosan should be applied only to intact skin, avoiding getting on open wounds. After applying, do not apply an occlusive dressing. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes and mucous membranes.

The container is under pressure, do not pierce or incinerate the container even after its use, do not expose it to direct sunlight, do not freeze, do not heat above 50 ° C.

The effect of the drug on the ability to control vehicles and mechanisms is absent.

Form release / dosage:Aerosol for external use 1%.

Packaging:

50 ml in an aluminum can, with an inner coating of epoxy phenolic material, allowed for contact with medical products. The cylinder is equipped with a press-fit valve into which a foam release button is inserted and a protective cover.

Each cylinder, together with instructions for use, is placed in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:

3 years.

Do not use the drug after the time specified on the package.
